What you'll be doing
You'll collect and clear bulky waste from homes and businesses across the UK. It's physical, outdoors, and genuinely varied — the opposite of a desk job.
- Collect and clear bulky waste from homes and businesses
- Lift and load furniture, appliances, and household or garden waste
- Drive to jobs — some local, some right across the country
- A mix of one and two person days — often solo, with a crewmate only when the job needs it
- Run your day from the Clearabee app on your phone

- A full UK driving licence
- 21 or over (our insurers require this)
- Fit for physical, hands-on work
- Happy working outdoors in all weather
- Up for national travel and flexible finish times
